Suggested Maintenance Schedule:
Daily:
- Visual inspection
- Check operating fluid level
- Check filter insert of external oil mist filter
As needed / Annually:
- Change operating fluid
- Disassemble casing, sight glass, and pumping system and clean casing outside (without cleaning agent)
- Clean gas ballast valve and silencer
- Clean the motor fan cap
As needed / Every 2 years:
- Minor Repair Kit
- Disassemble the pump, clean and exchange seals and wearing parts
As needed / Every 4 years:
- Major Repair Kit
- Change vanes
- Change valves, springs, and sight glass
- Change silencer nozzle
- Check coupling and exchange is necessary
